Can this be used to expand 3/4” dog holes in MDF to 20mm?

This item is designed to restore holes back to their original size due to shrinking/swelling/burring over time. I'd recommend looking at other options such as 20mm blade cutters. While you could try this tool, it is not its intended use. If you are looking to create an MFT with 20mm holes, replacing the worktop with a new sheet of MDF may save frustration and time.
